It's strange last year I didn't see any until mid July for about 3 days they were all over most of them 12-16", then the dissapeared.
Come October they were back and bigger, I caught 96 that month all keepers, but I don't keep them. Several in the 4-5 lb class.
The one in the pic is the biggest 6 lb.
I sure would like to see them in the spring.
But I guess I would settle for smallmouth in those numbers and size.(one can wish can't he?)
