"The River" Friday and Wed 5-27

As always, running super late on the reports, had an extremely busy "fishing full" weekend

For those of you wondering what or where the "river" is from past posts I'm sure you'll know, just don't want people to start coming back around and littering and more people=more bad stuff IMO lol

Anyways last time I went down, the river was low and clear and has been since then but looks to be coming up and getting muddy with the rain approaching

Used the same ole baits on bot days but on Friday I decided to go way upriver to see if they were stacked up at the main rapids

Not really, I mean a few but it was pretty slow maybe 15 total, the fun part was a double smallie though!!!

Then yesterday we decided to wade the "over fished" spots and there weren't many people around

As soon as we walked down, it was fish on fish on fish on-I tied my record of 12 on my first 6 casts

The whole evening was like this from 6-9 we got more doubles than anything else, just every cast, lots of smaller males but a few nice big females too

Released them all except for some (7) that were swallowing the hook which is very unusal for white bass

I got lots of pictures and videos off my new phone that is water proof!!!

What are you going to do when them white one's are gone? lol I was wondering where you were with no new reports. Heading to Resthaven again on Friday morning I'll let you guys know how I do.
