don't really yote hunt, but i work all over outside traveling a couple hundred miles a day and u would not believe the yotes out during the day. i squirrel hunt here in se oh and here a bunch of yotes early in the morning at daybreak and again in the evening, i also know a couple of die hards who strictly hunt during daylight hours.

I'm not an experienced yote hunter at all but I think day and night both have their advantages

But if your looking for your first kill, I'd say day
