Hopefully you have a woods that hasn't been hunted yet.... If not you'll have a hard time getting one in close.... If ya get a chance the rest of the week and the weeekend of the 21st is gun season load that 20ga. up with some slugs-make sure you have the right barrel!

Well I busted a huge doe with a bow and another in gun season. I swear i could not find a decent buck this year. I live in a county that has a doe to buck ratio of 7-1.

I screwed up one chance in youth and didn't have anther until the extended weekend

you guys need to hunt hancock county. had 2 huge does run in front of me yesterday in broad daylight and saw a big buck standing way off the road in a field. they are out coyote hunting so the deer are moving quite a bit. go get em.
