Important New Functions Added: Reputation and Chatbox

I just added a new thing called reputation. I tested it on saugeye1 and as you can see he gets a green bar for being a good member, you can click the plus or minus depending on how much you like the member. Also there is a thanks button that you can press for only one person per thread if they really helped you out!! This adds 3 points to that persons reputation!

as for the chatbox, I've been noticing a few of us online at the same time so I was thinking we could use this chatbox to talk fish sometimes Wink
