Outdoors Got the first of CJ''s Crappie

On Sunday I had a chance to spend a little over an hour targeting some crappie off the marina rocks...

Dad walked the walls as I got rigged up-no fish anywhere!!! Not a good sign, but as I was rigging I saw a whitebass pulled in so I knew there was something around!

Walked down to my lucky spot and saw a guy that actually had acouple

He was also using my favorite bait Wink

turns out he was a nice enough guy

So I was using my 2 jig rig and get snagged, start jeking around and then it comes off and FISH ON!!! lol little crappie 8in.

It was slow and steady for 8 fish after that... and a tiny largie fun fishing and minnow-less Wink

Will be down again this weekend will be heating up
