First time I have not hunted opening morning. My dad ended up hunting my stand and saw a 2- 1/2 year 7 point that got real close and also saw a big doe with her fawn. All within shooting range, but he wants to wait till the first frost to pull the trigger on a doe. Anyone else sit in a tree this morning ?

I sat in a tree, and watched farmers work right next to my stand all morning, I'm sure you know how that went Wink

So I moved my stand out into a lot better spot!! We'll seee how tomoro goes!

hahahaha Yeah Johnny I know that situation pretty well.... I always get pretty mad when stuff like that happens

Lol especially when you get drawn to hunt a preserve and the farmer gets mad when you are hunting the line, oh no none of that!
