Outdoors rocky on sunday

Got into some nice steelhead on sunday. Using a white tube jig tipped with maggots and working it along side a fallen down tree with 8lb test fluro carbon. Ended up with 3 nice chrome, between 2 guys. Buddy was just using a black n gold fly with maggots.

ha no they were all caught and released quickly. I also do not bring my camera phone anymore since last time it decided to take a trip in the water and cost me 100 buucks lol another 2 weeks I will be making another trip to the rocky if anyone is interested in going.

They are worth the trip. Lb for lb I think they are the best fish to reel in. I really want to get one more trip in before the rut goes into full swing.
