Fishing help
I love to fish! Where can I catch fish around Cleveland? I have no boat, but can swim really good. If there's a spot that I can swin to and fish from I'd like to know. I mainly like to fish for Bass, but I'll take anything that bites! Any help is appeiated, great site too, I've learned alot so far.

Re: Fishing help
Check the weekly fishing reports for good spots to go
Most places still have some spawing crappies which can be targeted from shore.
Mosquito and Pyamatuning Reservoirs have been good lately
If fishing lake erie you can try piers or the E 72nd st breakwall
good luck

Re: Fishing help
try the rocky river during fall, winter, and spring. for steelhead
But now you could probably land some white bass from a pier.......you could simply go artificial or fiind some minnows to put under a bobber or live bait rig

Re: Fishing help
One of the best ways to find a spot is just look around and try them big or small, it also will make you a better fisherman. Another way is to use google earth and look around where you live. Last week behind a strip mall I found this pond that has bass and pike yes pike beside crops & gills.
Subdivision, golf course ponds would be the first place I would look.
Good luck
