Getting some reports they're hooking into some eyes at the hotwater discharge-
Heres a map should give you the area it is in. Normally guys use 1/2 to 1oz. jigs and tails The parking lot in the middle of the picture is a state lot.
The discharge itself is actually all the way past the plant where the small inlet is... To the west end
In this picture it is just east of harbor view
