lake hope

made it out for little over an hour this evening after two full days of yard work. wife caught one nice gill, i managed 1 gill and small bass, will post pics in a day or two

sweet!. catching fish...that's the name of the game. by the end of the year if we all put our heads together maybe they'll call it catching instead of fishing!

heard that, just glad i avoided the skunk

that looks so peaceful, bet it felt good to get out there huh.

that lake is so peaceful. it's our fav lake, if i had a boat i could get to some of my old crappie holes that i can't reach from shore anymore. this is a great vac get away lake, it has nice cabins and a beautiful campground.

Me and my brother in law went there once last year, theres a nice short cut from where i live, anyway we caught 1 bass a piece that day but i thought the lake was beautiful. I can remember because we went the day they were having a fishing derby for the kids and i didn't have 2 life vests in my little boat. Luckily the ranger didn't say anything all the kids were fishing off the boat dock too lol.

thats the lake where we nailed the 15 1/2 and 16 1/2 in crappie from, also got a 6lb lm from their, been fishin the lake since 87

where is it located exactly?

about 15 min from nelsonville, rocky boots, or 1/2 hour from hocking hills, rose lake. anyone ever make it this way be happy to show u around
