Fishing Pipe Creek State Wildlife-YOUTH HUNT MISSED!

I went to the random drawing for the pipe creek area near cedar point

I got drawn 100th and was able to get the last youth spot, NOT KNOWING YOU CAN ONLY BE 15!!!!

Re-read the rules tonight, this makes me very unhappy! I had over 500 birds in my section when we checked it out!
