Gull Shoals Again-Downhill

We went out in the Tracker launching from mazuriks yesterday and tried around gull shoals after getting ripped off for minnows at the sunco we shouldn't have gone too. Only reason we went there was for convienence but anyways... Leeft and it was rougher than expected but not choppy just big 4 ft. rollers the whole 8 miles or whatever out there. Pulled up in 45ft. of water and for the first hour was the biggest of the fish and the fastest fishing... As the day went on it slowed and we tried moving only ending up at the same spot. Ended the day with 42 nice ones and having to clean them all rounded off the day. Hoping to do some river fishing this weekend o hit east harbor. A little secret bait that was good was a 1/4oz. buckshot btw.
