Outdoors spring

My spring break is marth 5th- to the14th if anyone wants to tag along and try for some steelies at the rock??? let me know im interested. The steel should be stock piled in there by then.

I usually fish right by rocky river marina. I think it is in brookpark maybe.... I am pretty sure it is in cuyahoga county

I tried for trout tonight at CC not a skunk but the trout fishing was not existant

long noodle rod so you can cast far out, and it affects the drift. You do not want your line to be laying on the water during a drift. I usually use white tube jigs with maggots, or a black steelhead fly with a small weight about a foot up. I have tried powerbait maggots in chartreuse and those work really good. Everything under a weighted bobber. Right off the bottom.

Line is also very important. I use a 8lb fluro with a 6lb fluro litler
